College Game Day Basketball Clinics
HoopsQuest will be teaming up with local area colleges and universities in the 2006-07 basketball season to offer ball handling and shooting clinics before games. Participants will have the opportunity to improve their skills and enjoy free admission to the featured college game of the day. Participants will also receive HoopsQuest souvenirs and a pizza party between the clinic and game.
College Game Day Basketball Clinics were held at Concordia University, Lake Forest College, and Northwestern University in the 2005-06 season.

Clinic Overview
Participants will have the opportunity to work on their stationary and full court ball handling skills. Drills will focus on:
- Stationary Ball Handling
- Stationary Dribbling
- Full Court Dribbling
- Full Court Combination Move Dribbling
- Live Play to Practice the Skills Learned
Participants will also learn the fundamentals of becoming a consistent shooter. Drills will focus on the form and footwork of:
- Catch and Shoot
- Shooting Off the Dribble - Attack the Basket
- Shooting Off the Dribble - Pull-up Jumpers
- Shooting Off Screens
- Offensive Rebound Series
- Live Play to Practice the Skills Learned
Instructors
Kathleen Weber
Kathleen Weber has eleven years of experience coaching Division I basketball at DePaul University, the University of Notre Dame and the University of North Carolina at Asheville. For the past four years she has trained elite high school, college, and professional athletes including Northwestern University and the WNBA's Chicago Sky.
