Enhance Basketball Camp
Enhance your fundamental skills and footwork of ball handling, shooting, attacking the basket and more. This camp is for boys and girls, 4th - 8th Grade and will be held at Maryville Academy in Des Plaines, Illinois.
Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt.
Camp Overview
Participants will learn the fundamentals of ball handling, shooting and attacking the basket. Drills will focus on the form and footwork of:
- Stationary Ball Handling
- Stationary Dribbling
- Full Court Dribbling
- Full Court Combination Move Dribbling
- Jump Shooting
- Layups
- Triple Threat Moves
- Attacking the Basket
- Explosion, Elevation, and Finish
- Live Play to Practice the Skills Learned
Instructors
Kathleen Weber
Kathleen Weber has eleven years of experience coaching Division I basketball at DePaul University, the University of Notre Dame and the University of North Carolina at Asheville. For the past four years she has trained elite high school, college, and professional athletes including Northwestern University and the WNBA's Chicago Sky.
